Ebony Clay is a multifaceted leader with 10+ years’ experience in program management, project planning, and the strategic design of marketing campaigns geared toward the achievement of organizational goals. She holds the responsibility for interfacing with senior leaders across multiple departments to build consensus and initiate productive change.
She currently co-creates the AMCP Foundation Quarterly Newsletter and edits the planned giving newsletter, Aligning Tomorrow’s Pathways. She is responsible for the development and execution of AMCP Foundation events, including the popular AMCP Foundation Means Well(ness) offerings. Prior to her career in association management, Ms. Clay held roles at Prince William Medical Center, Cooley Godward Kronish LLP: Waugh Bradley, and Corsec Security, Inc.
Ebony obtained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2017. She is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), Association Foundation Group (AFG), and American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Ebony is currently completing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a minor in Political Science from the University of Maryland.
In her spare time, Ebony enjoys volunteering and fundraising for youth scholastic and recreational programs. She also loves outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
