HBCU Travel Award Recipients
Launched in 2023, HBCU Travel Awards supports students pursuing a PharmD at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
The HBCU Travel Award provides grants to defray travel expenses to AMCP national meetings, enabling future pharmacists to connect with industry leaders, engage in thought-provoking discussions, and gain valuable insights into managed care pharmacy.
Each awardee receives $1,500 to defray expenses to attend AMCP’s national meeting and a one-year AMCP student membership.
AMCP and AMCP Foundation proudly partner with AMCP affiliates to expand opportunities for student pharmacists at HBCUs and promote diversity and inclusivity in managed care pharmacy.
